  • How long are your contracts?
    All Webstoreku plans are yearly unless you sign up for Webstoreku Social Sell plan which is month-to-month.
  • Do I need a web host?
    No. All our plans include secure, unlimited e-commerce hosting for your online store. We use the best server network and a global CDN to ensure your e-commerce site is reliable and fast.
  • Can I use my own domain name?
    Absolutely. If you haven't purchased a domain name, we will give you free domain name for one year. If you already have a domain name, we'll help you set it up to use with your Webstoreku store.
  • Do I need SSL certificate?
    We do recommend purchasing your own SSL certificate (which you can do from us), however we do provide a free shared SSL certificate for all plans.
  • Do you offer training or support?

  • Can I upgrade from the free trial to a paid plan?
    You can upgrade at any time by clicking the Select a Plan button at the top of your Admin Panel. All of your data (products, orders, customers, etc.) will remain the same after you upgrade.
  • What happens to my store at the end of my trial?
    We'll send you a reminder to upgrade your store at the end of your free trial. If you choose not to upgrade, we'll keep your data for a short amount of time - just choose a subscription plan to get your store up and running again. During this time, your customers won't be able to access your store, and you'll only be able to log in to choose a plan. After that, your store will be automatically deleted, and we’ll no longer be able to restore it.
  • I am switching to Webstoreku. How do I move data from my old store?
    It's easy to import customers, products, images and variations into your Webstoreku store from a standard CSV file. Don't worry, Webstoreku team will help you from start to launching your new store.
  • Can I keep selling on my current store?
    Yep! You can stay up and selling with your current store during the entire data migration process. You don't need to flip the switch to Webstoreku until you're ready!
  • How do I accept payment from my customer?
    You have a number of options to accept payment from your customers, such as PayPal and dozens of leading payment gateways. Webstoreku also offers affordable and convenient credit card processing services to meet all of your payment needs.
